Onion-Parmesan Crisps, Mini Potato Knishes, Rosemary-Fennel-Honey Pork Tenderloin
Cooking at The Chef's Shop with Chef Julie Gale and Guest Chefs. Classes take place approximately twice a month on Sunday afternoon and Thursday evening. Class size is limited to 12 so we can include hands-on participation. Reservations in advance are strongly suggested to hold a spot, and we have 48 hour cancellation policy. Class fees are $60, or 3 for $150, and include a 10% discount for store purchases. Recipes will be provided for students to take home.
